We offer a 28 day returns and refund policy. If the products that we have supplied to you do not fit properly or are faulty, and you would like to exchange them or request a refund we will arrange it.

Before ordering, please check our Size Chart in order to reduce the possibility of having to return an item because it is the wrong size.

Due to health regulations, we unfortunately cannot exchange lingerie or items that have been worn, in order to safeguard our customers. Lingerie items include bodycare products, bras, bra sets, body stockings, g-strings, panties, stockings, thongs, tights and men’s underwear. Returned items must not be altered, damaged or washed. However, this does not affect any of your statutory rights

If it is obvious that returned items have been worn, soiled or damaged, we reserve the right to adjust the refund amount accordingly. We may also either return the items to you or only give a partial refund.

To Obtain a Refund
1)	Contact us by either by telephone (44 (0) 1732 824528) or by email (returns@SexyClothesOnline.co.uk) in order to detail the reasons for returning the item(s). Please ensure that you quote your order number.
2)	Put the item(s) in the original (undamaged) packaging.
3)	Specify whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will not give a refund unless you return the original despatch note.
4)	Ensure that you include the reason for returning your goods, ie. wrong size, damaged or faulty, and the original despatch note.
5)	Please return the items by Recorded Delivery (or registered if the value of the items are over £25) to: Returns Department, Twyn Gables, Newlands Lane, Meopham, Kent, DA3 8HA, United Kingdom.
6)	Refunds will be made against the credit/debit card that was used to make the purchase.

.Notes:	All returns made are at the discretion of the company.
	Sexy Clothes Online will not be held responsible for orders delayed by declined credit/debit cards, incorrect address information, postal delays, or any other reason not under our control.
	Your return postal charges are not refundable
	We will not be held responsible for items that are returned to us, but get lost in transit.
	If we consider the return of any items to be unreasonable or unjustified, we reserve the right to reject the return.
	If items are being returned from outside of Europe, please ensure that they are clearly marked with the word 'RETURNS'. Also, all the correct customs documents must be completed & included. If you do not do this, there may be duties levied on the items, and we therefore will not accept the returned items.
	If you receive damaged items, we may require the packaging in order to make a compensation claim from our carrier, so please ensure that you retain all of the original packaging.
	Important Note Regarding Rubber Items:- Some of our rubber items are made from thin latex, that can easily be torn if they are handled roughly. So please take great care when handling these items.
	The expected delivery date for replacement items will be sent to you by email.
	Normally, returns are processed within one week of being received by us. If for some reason we cannot dispatch a new item, we will offer you a refund or an alternative item (of the same or similar value).
	Your use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions, which takes effect on the date upon which you first use the site.
	These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.
	Under 'The Distance Selling Regulations - 2000' you have the right to cancel your order at any time. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of 7 working days beginning on the day after the day upon which we receive the order
	Refunds will normally be made within 14 days of your request.
